1. Award Categories ​

To ensure fair competition, the awards are divided into the following segments:

• HGVS Rising Star Award: For newcomers with less than 2 years of experience.

• HGVS Technical Excellence: For those demonstrating superior technical HGVS skills.

• HGVS Creative Visionary: For the most unique and out-of-the-box submissions.

 

2. Participant Eligibility

• Age: Open to individuals aged 13 - 18 years and above. (Participants must submit a Birth Date Certificate.

• Status: Open to students, freelancers, and professionals.

• Nationality: India Only

• Work Window: Submitted work must have been created or published between January 2025 and February 2026.

 

3. Submission Guidelines & Technical Specs

To maintain quality, all entries must follow these rules:

• Format: Video entries must be in MP4/MOV (max 3 minutes). Image entries must be High-Res JPEG/PNG.

• Platform: All entries must be uploaded via the [Your Website/Google Form Link].

• Originality: AI-generated content is Not Allowed. Plagiarism will lead to an immediate lifetime ban.

• Language: Submissions are accepted in English and Hindi.

 

4. Judging Process & Criteria

The evaluation will be conducted online in two phases:

Phase 1: Shortlisting (Internal Review)

The HGVS committee will filter entries based on basic eligibility and quality.

Phase 2: Final Scoring

Finalists will be judged on a 100-point scale:

5. Official Terms & Conditions

1. Entry Fee: Rs.500/-

2. Final Authority: The Jury's decision is final. No appeals regarding the results will be entertained.

3. Data Privacy: Participant data (Email/Phone) will be used strictly for event communication and will not be sold to third parties.

 

6. Important Timeline

• Registrations Open: March 1, 2026

• Submission Deadline: April 15, 2026

• Public Voting Period: May 1 – May 10, 2026

• Grand Online Ceremony: May 25, 2026

 

7. Rewards & Recognition

• Winners: Physical Trophy (couriered), Digital Winner's Badge, and a Featured Interview on the HGVS website.

• Runners-up: Framed E-Certificate and a 1-month HGVS mentorship session.

• All Participants: Participation E-Certificate.
