Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
Return Policy & Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and simple return, follow the guidelines below-
- Kindly record a step-by-step, proper product unboxing video while opening the package.
- Returns are acceptable in case of damage, defective, or incorrect products received.
- The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging, label, and seal intact.
- Items that have been altered, mishandled, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return.
- Products damaged due to usage are not covered under returns or replacements.
For any approved return requests, the return shipping charges will be covered by the customer.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued in the form of HGVS Store Credit only. This Store Credit can be used for any of your future purchases on our website.
Please note that we do not process refunds back to the original mode of payment (UPI, bank transfer, card, or cash).
Exchange/Replacement Policy
Our team will assist you with the exchange or replacement policy by following the guidelines below:
- Exchange is applicable only for products received in damaged or defective condition.
- The request must be supported with a clear unboxing to help us understand the issues.
- Replacements are subject to product availability at the time of approval.
- We do not offer replacements for preferences related to size and colour.
- Orders placed incorrectly will not be eligible for replacement.
